Ingredients
- 2 packages of radishes
- 1 purple cabbage
- 1 white savoy cabbage
- 5 carrots
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 bunch of coriander
Dressing
- 300 grams of mayonnaise
- 1 piece of ginger
- 1 tablespoon of wildflower honey
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of green pepper

- Using a mandoline (or a sharp knife), slice the carrots, purple cabbage, white cabbage, and radishes very thinly.
- In a separate bowl, use a blender to make a cream with the mayonnaise, finely chopped ginger, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and green pepper. Store it in the refrigerator to thicken.
- Drain and dry the vegetables very well. They should be dry and crispy.
- Mix the vegetables together with the dressing and the finely chopped chives and coriander, and it’s ready to serve!
