Recipe Colourful Radish Coleslaw

  • 2 packages of radishes
  • 1 purple cabbage
  • 1 white savoy cabbage
  • 5 carrots
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 bunch of coriander

Dressing

  • 300 grams of mayonnaise
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of wildflower honey
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of green pepper

Equipment

  • Mandoline (or a sharp knife)
  • Blender

Preparation Time

  • 15 minutes

Preparation

    1. Using a mandoline (or a sharp knife), slice the carrots, purple cabbage, white cabbage, and radishes very thinly.
    2. In a separate bowl, use a blender to make a cream with the mayonnaise, finely chopped ginger, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and green pepper. Store it in the refrigerator to thicken.
    3. Drain and dry the vegetables very well. They should be dry and crispy.
    4. Mix the vegetables together with the dressing and the finely chopped chives and coriander, and it’s ready to serve!
