Think radishes are just for salads? Think again. Toss the radishes in some melted butter with garlic and fresh herbs, then thread them onto skewers and grill. These radish BBQ skewers are an easy and tasty way to switch up your BBQ. Move aside corn, radishes deserve a spot on the grill too!
Ingredients
- 4 cups of radishes
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic
- oregano leaves
- freshly chopped parsley
- salt
- pepper

- In a bowl, mix the radishes (without their leaves) with butter, salt, pepper, and garlic, then cook for approx. 5 minutes in a pan.
- Finely chop the parsley.
- When the radishes are golden, remove them from the pan and thread them onto skewers.
- Continue cooking on a grill or BBQ, brushing with butter.
- Serve the radish BBQ skewers hot on a tray and garnish with oregano leaves and garlic cloves.
Tip: You can also alternate the radishes with shrimps for a sweeter taste!
