Duurzame radijsproductie draait bij Ortolanda niet alleen om milieuvriendelijke teelt, maar ook om zorg voor jou als klant, onze medewerkers en de samenleving. Al onze kwekerijen beschikken over diverse certificaten, zoals GLOBAL-GAP, GRASP, IFS, PlanetProof, QS, Leaf Marque, Spring ISO45001 en LCA. Die certificeringen bieden transparantie \u00e9n laten zien hoeveel waarde we hechten aan een schoon milieu en goede arbeidsomstandigheden.\nWe zetten in op biologische bodemsanering met groenbemesters en gebruiken hoofdzakelijk biologische gewasbeschermingsmiddelen. Ook wordt al het waswater zorgvuldig gefilterd en krijgen onze velden de rust die ze nodig hebben. Deze inzet op duurzaamheid heeft geleid tot de offici\u00eble certificering van Ortolanda als toekomstgerichte producent.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Klimaatbeheersing\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Klimaatbeheersing stelt ons in staat om optimaal gebruik te maken van licht, temperatuur en CO2. Zowel de luchtvochtigheid in de kas als de temperatuur zijn belangrijk. Alle omstandigheden worden effectief op elkaar afgestemd met behulp van zowel klimaatcomputers als 'ouderwetse' groene vingers, wat zorgt voor de groei en kwaliteit van een perfecte radijs. De klimaatregeling is niet in al onze kwekerijen hetzelfde. Daarom worden in Itali\u00eb vier soorten tunnelstructuren gebruikt om in elk seizoen de juiste klimaatbeheersing te cre\u00ebren, terwijl Ortolanda Melderslo hogere kassen heeft met grote ramen die voor ventilatie zorgen. We gebruiken ook zonnepanelen als duurzame energiebron.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOrtolanda investeert ook in een langdurige relatie met haar medewerkers. De locatie in Borgo Grappa heeft medewerkers van verschillende culturen, ieder met hun eigen tradities en gewoonten. Daarom is de \u2018Ortolanda Family\u2019 opgericht, om een positieve en harmonieuze relatie tussen alle culturen te bevorderen. Maandelijks worden er activiteiten georganiseerd, waaraan medewerkers op vrijwillige basis kunnen deelnemen. Dit bevordert de samenwerking en stelt Ortolanda in staat om goede arbeidsomstandigheden te bieden.
