Geen wonder dat ze zo goed combineren in deze frisse zomerklassieker!<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredi\u00ebnten<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ortolanda.com\/nl\/producten\/losse-radijs\/\">2 pakjes radijs<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 paarse kool<\/li>\n<li>1 witte savooiekool<\/li>\n<li>5 wortelen<\/li>\n<li>1 bos bieslook<\/li>\n<li>1 bos koriander<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Dressing<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>300 gram mayonaise<\/li>\n<li>1 stuk gember<\/li>\n<li>1 eetlepel wilde bloemenhoning<\/li>\n<li>1 eetlepel appelciderazijn<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd theelepel zout<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd theelepel groene peper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Benodigdheden<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Mandoline (of een scherp mes)<\/li>\n<li>Blender<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Bereidingstijd<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>15 minuten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Bereidingswijze<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Snijd de wortelen, paarse kool, witte kool en radijsjes heel dun met een mandoline (of een scherp mes).<\/li>\n<li>Maak in een aparte kom met een blender een cr\u00e8me van de mayonaise, fijngehakte gember, honing, appelciderazijn, zout en groene peper. Bewaar het in de koelkast om in te dikken.<\/li>\n<li>Laat de groenten uitlekken en droog ze goed af.
