Zet het vuur uit, voeg het limoensap toe en laat de rijst afkoelen in het kookwater.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vet donutvormpjes in met de kokosolie.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Wanneer de rijst lauw is, schep je deze met een licht ingevette lepel in de vormpjes. Druk goed aan en zet minstens 1 uur in de koelkast.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Was alle groenten goed en snijd ze naar wens (plakjes, blokjes of reepjes).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In een klein kommetje, mix de citroensap, sesamolie en hot sauce tot een pittige saus.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Haal de rijst voorzichtig uit de vormpjes en leg de donuts op een serveerschaal. Garneer met cherrytomaatjes, radijsjes, komkommer en avocado.
