Gekarameliseerde radijsjes met knapperig bladerdeeg, afgewerkt met feta, tijm en een honing-balsamico glazuur. Perfect als voorgerecht, voor de brunch of als lichte maaltijd die ook nog eens vegetarisch is.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredi\u00ebnten<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 verpakking kant-en-klare bladerdeeg<\/li>\n<li>45 gram ongezouten boter<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ortolanda.com\/nl\/producten\/bosradijs-onverpakt\/\">4 bosjes radijs<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 eetlepel wilde bloemenhoning<\/li>\n<li>2 eetlepels balsamico azijn<\/li>\n<li>1 bosje verse tijm<\/li>\n<li>125 gram Feta<\/li>\n<li>suiker naar smaak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Benodigdheden<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Antiaanbak bakvorm of gietijzeren pan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Bereidingstijd<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>20 minuten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Bereidingswijze<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Bestrijk de bakvorm\/pan met boter en strooi er suiker over.<\/li>\n<li>Was de radijs zorgvuldig, verwijder de bladeren, en dep de radijs droog met een schone doek of keukenpapier.<\/li>\n<li>Leg de radijsjes zo neer dat ze de hele oppervlakte van de plaat bedekken.<\/li>\n<li>Bak 30 minuten in een voorverwarmde oven op 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Haal uit de oven en laat het afkoelen; het radijs sap zal dikker worden met de suiker en karameliseren.<\/li>\n<li>Zodra alles is afgekoeld, bedek het met een vel bladerdeeg.<\/li>\n<li>Maak met een vork gaatjes in het deeg en bak 45 minuten op een constante temperatuur van 170\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Verkruimel ondertussen de feta.<\/li>\n<li>Meng in een klein kommetje de honing, balsamicoazijn en tijm.<\/li>\n<li>Haal uit de oven en laat goed afkoelen.
